陈涌海中科院半导体所半导体材料科学重点实验室主任

陈涌海，湖南人，1967年生，毕业于北京科技大学，博士学位，现任中科院半导体所半导体材料科学重点实验室主任、博士生导师。

主要研究领域为半导体低维结构材料研究、新型复合纳米材料研究、新型半导体光谱技术及应用、半导体自旋电子学研究。
