陈小琳，女，毕业于中科院动物所动物进化与系统学研究中心，博士学位，现任中国科学院动物研究所副研究员。

主要研究的方向是实蝇总科及潜蝇科等双翅目昆虫的分类、系统发育与动物地理学；昆虫图像自动识别。
